No-Bake Cookie Dough Bites

Hi everyone! I was at the store searching for something simple to bake for my coworker's birthday. Saw this cookie dough mix and thought I would give it a try! I had recently purchased teeth cookie cutters for baking so instead of making the bites into small pieces I decided to make cute tooth shapes out of them. The box mix comes with cookie dough mixture that is SAFE TO EAT RAW o:

The flour has already been heat treated so that's why the mixture is edible raw. The instructions to make this recipe is very simple. The box mix comes with the pre-prepped flour mixture and vanilla candy melts to create the drizzle over the cookie dough. All you need to buy is cream cheese and butter. The whole process takes 15 minutes to make! I took a bit longer since I was molding each piece into the cookie cutter.

Ingredients:

  • No-Bake Cookie Dough Bites Mix
  • Vanilla Candy Melts
  • 1/3 cup Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter

*WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE MAKING BITES!

Step 1: Melt cream cheese & butter in a covered medium microwave-safe bowl for 20-30 seconds. *BOWL WILL BE HOT

Step 2: Pour flour mix into cream cheese & butter mixture, Stir until the mixture forms a dough. Shape into tooth cookie cutter (I just pressed the mixture into the cookie cutter).

Step 3: Melt vanilla candy melts in a small microwave-safe bowl for 1-1:10 minute. Stir until candy melts are melted & pourable. *BOWL WILL BE HOT

Step 4: Drizzle candy melts onto bites ( I placed candy melts into a plastic ziplock bag and cut a tiny hole in the corner of the bag & drizzled the candy melts onto the bites).

Step 5: Refrigerate for 10 minutes & bites are ready to eat!

Step 6: I packaged each bite into cellophane bags 2"x3" & placed them into a box with shredded paper on the bottom. You can find the supplies on Amazon!
