• How does this work?

Start by choosing a monthly subscription plan from the options provided (Standard, Special, Deluxe). Once you subscribe we will email a coupon code to you immediately for you to use depending on the plan that you have chosen.

i.e. If you subscribed to the Standard Plan, you will receive a 20% off coupon code for your entire purchase (coupon code value $12.5, just pay difference for remainder of total cost). A new coupon code will be emailed to you monthly.

• How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime. To cancel your subscription login to your account and cancel your subscription before your next renewal period. Please note that any billing that has been charged before the cancellation is not eligible for a refund and cannot be cancelled. 

• How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are automatically applied during checkout with coupon code used. Unfortunately we are not able to offer free shipping at this time for Dental DiY Kits. Free shipping will be applied on monthly subscriptions for Dental DiY Members Association.

• How many times can I use my monthly coupon code?

Your monthly coupon code usage is 1x/month. Your coupon code is good for a discount off your entire order based on your subscription plan. i.e. (Standard plan-20% off entire order, $12.5 value coupon)

• Can my coupon code rollover to next month?

If you do not use your coupon code it will not rollover to the next month unfortunately. Coupon codes are unique to the month subscribed & will expire at the end of the month. A new coupon code will be provided the following month for a one time use.
