Please allow 1-2 business days for processing, this does NOT include shipping times. Orders are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping Services.

Returns:
- All items listed at full-priced are eligible for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Items returned must be in original packaging, unused & in the same condition that you have received it. Items will be inspected upon return before a refund is processed.
- Customer's will be responsible for the postage of any returned shipping cost. Dental DiY Shop will not refund or add credit for postage that is returned.
Non-refundable items:
- All sales items are final.
- All magnets, stickers are final.
- All digital Dental DiY gift cards are not eligible for a return.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to helen@dentaldiyshop.com .
*Please note that if you are shipping a returned item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
